Actually, if the enemy isn't moving, getting hit in the back still invokes a greater chance of a critical...

Also, warriors get the same ground bonus that a ranger does, albeit point-blank...

If I'm swinging at you and I'm on a hill higher than you, I will land more critical hits. I've seen this happen all to often in PvE and as far as I know, PvE dmg mechanics are identical to PvP, it's been a while since I PvP'ed but I'm certain that dmg mechanic still applies. [If rangers can head shot when firing from higher, no reason a warrior can't aim at your face doing the same thing with his melee]

If a warrior is swinging at you from below, he strikes your legs a lot more and that reduces critical %, although a nice Eviscerate + Exe. Strike will still rape off about 70% of your hp, critical or not... lol
